Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy.
- Returns must be received by SoCal Millworks inc. within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions.
- All returns must be authorized by SoCal Millworks inc. prior to return shipment. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) For authorization, please send an email request to returns@socalmillworks.com
- All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging, therefore NO RETURNS ON ASSEMBLED CABINETS.
- QUALIFYING returns will incur a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
- The customer is responsible for setting up and covering all return shipments.
- Any returned product DEEMED UNSELLABLE WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at returns@socalmillworks.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
- No returns on assembled cabinets.
- No returns on trims, moldings, fillers, panels, or sales tools.
- No returns on sale or discontinued items or cabinet styles.
- No returns on Special orders or Custom orders.
- No returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- No returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
